*This price guarantee is valid if an authorized representative of Roof Solutions, Inc. has the opportunity to view the competing proposal to determine its validity and proposed specifications. The representative will make the comparison based on the price, materials used, and craftsmanship. Additionally, we will compare contractor qualifications, operations, job scope, size, and production dates.
All price match requests are subject to management approval. Requests for price matching must be approved prior to signing the contract. In no case will a price match be honored after a contract has been signed by both parties.
