Chopped Fiberglass Emulsion - Monolithic

Monolithic roofing is a seamless retrofitted roof that is installed over your existing roof. It is top coated with a reflective coating that gives you an energy star rating and a potential tax deduction. Another advantage to monolithic roofing is that it can be expensed versus depreciating it over the lifetime of the roof. This is a great roof to install over any existing roof (roofs with moisture problems are evaluated separately). We exclusively team with the Henry Company and are the only certified Henry installer for these systems in the Mid Atlantic.
