Modified Bitumen - Torch Down or Self-Adhered

Modified Bitumen roofs are a rolled roof product that is applied with a torch which heats down over a base sheet or is installed with a factory adhesive that allows for a self-adhered application. The seams are heat welded or self-adhered. This roofing is ideal for retrofit applications, on heavy foot traffic areas, or areas of high visibility. Modified bitumen is resistant to extreme temperatures and is considered to have a significant service life. We are factory trained and certified by CertainTeed Flintlastic.
